according to fcp it has 81% on eyes 50 hex with sniper rifle to 0ac and 71%to 30ac both with cigarettes
what do you think of it ?

thats right, but whats the difference between 87 and 137 hp really? 4 chpoints saved...

big difrence :) very big difrence. But mkay 2 endure if u wont death from first hit u will probably score on self instant :D and criple by anything

Wow - good build! I like it. I might only add the Chem Reliant Trait so my cigs last twice as long.
