Hub Patrol, Unity Patrol, I think VC patrol has them.
BoS patrol but they are hard. Hub patrol is the easy to kill.

i would like to know easier encounters wher i can get thel like bootleggers but do they have them or not?

get a farming party going people like to farm in big partys. ;) i would join myself and help you but am at school for another 4 hours.

Unity patrols also, they are not difficult if you kill the super mutants first. Also its best to do a unity vs encounters so they shoot at decoys, do not go into with just a unity patrol they have high sequence and if you shoot them they get all their turns first.
