Sniper Advice - Rate of Fire or Better Criticals?

Hello everyone.

I would like to know your opinion. Right now, I am going to spend my last perk and I do not know,what is better. If Rate of Fire perk (8 action points only) and use 14mm pistol for aiming in to eyes or to have better criticals and do bigger damage? What do you think.

Why didn't you get both? Those are well the most important perks. If you have a lot of action points then get rate of fire so you can shoot twice or if you have less action points take better criticals and make that one shot powerfull.

Had no place for both. I ran tank/sniper with 3 lifegivers and 10 endurance. But,propably,Im gonna take better criticals. Thank you

Well, do not think too much about that. That is my freestyle character  and I like it :D
