Bunker Base with PA

increase price to 750k, and you have pa but u need some spare parts to activate it
-activation key (special enc)
-oli (special enco)
-computer part (special enco)
lookig for those rare items would be much enjoyable than looking for bp
i dont want to spam fo with pa but let us use it from time to time. now you need 2nd armor to repair 1rst so it wont be a big problem with balance.

how about Enclave and BoS soldiers dropping PA at around 1%/100% det, requiring many, many heavy, salvaged armors and repairings to put together something worth wearing.

Apa is op. Pa isnt, with support perk they can be used for rep like 15%. So my amswer is no.

u are right PA isnt overpowered but only if u have the other unique stuff like vindicators gauss rifle pistol and the same with pulse if these weapons were in game then it wouldnt be overpowered u right but all players would use these items . its hard to balance things right , let these armors and weapons be unique or change the balance or make some good special encounters were its hard to survive and u really need talent to get these items . idk im falling asllep gn8
