Silent Death Remake

Perteks:
I suggest to remake this perk to looks like it:
-works only to hth/melee
-triple damage
-+30% crit chance (to counter of lack of possibility to hit eyes)
- 1xluck or 2xlk (or agi ) to stay in sneak mode after attack ( I think 10% or 20% is not soo high especially when it will be only for close fight)

I think its should be some kind of ninja perk what need lot of skill to properly use not insta death/200+ dmg from 21 hexes and 1/2 more throws for 40-60 dmg ?

Not 40-60 but 60-120. Sneak shall be removed at all. Game could be much more funnier if you could use surprise attack. But now everytime in a city are like 10 sneakers. Players are afraid enter the town cuz when you just show yourself there you instantly swallow 5 plasma nades by your fucking ass. This game gets worse and worse. Everytime time I switch on my computer, enter irc and forum I can be sure only one thing.. THIS GAME GOT FUCKING WORSE AGAIN  ::) ::) ::)

Don't forget Melee weapons.

But yeah, this sounds like how it should be.

It's good idea but tripple damage? I guess it's okay as long as it's not too much damage. This will revive the weapons like super cattle prod or mega power fist etc.
