Did you actually use the updater?
I had similar issues, but I had forgotten to actually use the updater, thinking what I downloaded already had the patch with it :P.

The front page currently has a "The project is suspended, we are waiting for permission from Bethesda Company" on it - is there any further info on this? Is this likely to affect all Fonline related projects, or is it something specific to FoT?
