Please help me, my game crash in New Reno gas station.

It seems like problems with graphics... you did use some dialog, quest in new reno?

No, I only enter gas station and my engine crash  ???

Not sure if it's the same, but when i try to play in windowed mode my game also crashes whenever i try to enter the game or rather, enter a map.
If my char is on wm i can log in just fine, when i enter a map i get this:
