If you See flames not critters that means you have put Files from FT in wrong folder, you put them freely in main one.

Looks promising , i haven't had that much fun in a long time. :)
Name colorizing is kinda bugged , your nickname flashes whenever you enter a new map and even enemy nicknames flashes when you just see him run around corner. Nothing major , just saying.
Enclave had NCR , server goes down for a slight moment and suddenly the city is in BOS hands. That's not fun.

Read the instruction man, read.... it is not hard(you have cient in windows processess crashed and must run win. task manager.)
