Caracter planer?

In character planer i must pick perk on lvl i cant save perks for higher level tis isent in geame?

Correct. You can delay picking a perk, but only until right before your next perk. If you fail to pick a perk as a new perk level is reached, then you forfeit the previous perk, just like in the game.

columdrum:
You can save it only until you get the next on, if you dont assing the perk before getting another one you will lose it  ::), on the character planer it already warns you about it.

Max level is 24, 8 perks total, or 6 if you take skilled trait.
