This is next best thing.

I support this. But make commands like this:

~TagGreen [nick],
~TagRed [nick],
~TagGrey [nick] resets status to neutral
~Tag [nick] shows current status

or even

~TagGood [nick],
~TagBad [nick],
~Tag [nick] resets status to neutral
~Tag? [nick] shows current status

Or put back one of the most greatest feature, which was removed for unknown reasons (except if Izual hate for it is a good reason).
