Well I am not russian and don't speak it but just give them their subforum back what is the harm?

Just get somebody who speaks and reads russian to administrate it.

I know from experience playing games like tlamk2 and reqiuem it is difficult to play the game and communicate with other people who speak a different language if there is no section for their languages on the forums.

I am not russian too...but i think - russion subforum need come back... beacause this is antisocial..
