Access card which is "Still in working condition".

I am accepting rare BPs, caps and/or hi-tech stuff.

Is it usefull somehow? Or is it just a rare non usefull garbage item?

It has no real use. And it really isn't that rare - just about as rare as anything else found in a cave (excluding gauss, baseball bat, etc), like a Jimmy Hats condom. Though it seems only certain caves (depending on WM tile) can produce Access Cards. I've found them in the southwestern mountainous area a lot, though that is probably just a coincidence.

Last session when I bought old bunker base, I got that access card and there was 3 lockers that could be locked with that card.
