Racist behavior - That kind of takling should be bannish from any places

Freedom of Speech
The right of the people to speak out against government tyranny. This is a right all people have in all countries and can be seen as an obligation even more than a freedom. However, not all people recognize their own obligations (or freedoms) so many people erroneously think it's just a USA thing.

Then there's the people in the USA, who over time have been led to believe it is a right to simply "speak your mind" about anything. This is a deception however, as nobody could ever have that right. In fact many things that are said should never have been said, and some are so bad that justice systems will penalize you for it. One person's right to not have their character unfairly attacked, for example, can be justly defended in a court of law and that's when the "i have a right to say anything" people realize they don't actually have such a right. The "founding fathers" of the USA wanted to make sure the people here knew they had a right to oppose tyranny, even if people in other countries don't realize it. It has nothing to do with your perceived right to have crappy music blaring too loudly.
