Dynacord Stick

S.T.A.L.K.E.R:
Is Dynacord stick implemented in the game? I remember seeing people with it last session's madness thing.
Or do I have to find a Blueprint for it? please answer Devs

Very doubtful. Dynacord sticks are very powerful and were probably never balanced. They stopped to appear in shops from 4th session.
