Melee: knockback

Melee weapons have two modes. They both work the same.
When I crit someone with a melee weapon, he always gets pushed away.
My suggestion is to remove the knockback effect from one of these, so we can decide if we want to throw the player away when we attack or not.

Now when bonus move AP has been cut in half this would be especially handy and proper
