I mean IRL time the effect last 10 min, IG it is more.

And... Psycho is the ONLY drug who boost DR but it lower you PE to 1, and it is VERY expansive (a pain in the as to craft believe me ;p, and not really interesting because 1PE is very low for gunfights)

Psycho is pretty much only good for melee

Solar:
Its great for short range destructive weapons too, Bursting shotguns, Improved flamers etc.

Its possible to get Pe back to a reasonable level with other drugs too no?

I think not, Psycho do -9PE, so lets say, you have 6PE, take 2 cigarettes, 2 jet, still at one, and if you take 2 mentats only 3PE (and the psycho only is really expansive, so with the others drugs too...)... Yeah, psycho is pretty hardcore drug ;p. It would be better, if it put you at 1PE, and after you could take some drugs: still low PE but you could have around 5. Or do something like -5 or -6 PE to replace the -9.
