Update with new armors/ armors bp

Hi devs,
when we will be able to farm or craft better armors than papers CA, and please make them more durable after critical death.
as far i know there are following armors :
- ca mk2
- ncr ca
- ba
- ea
- env armor

An update would be nice soon...

Don't forget about HQ chemical components please

Yes, and boost ca laser resist +1/5% ca is useless against gatlings.
And dont try to nerf gatlings :)

ma mk2 > ca vs laser (gatling)
ma mk2 < ca vs normal (avanger)

imo balanced ;)

The whole point of critical deaths is that the hit was so devastating that the person usually explodes. Their armour obviously is not in good shape after gaining a hole the size of a brahmin's head.
