The event isnt most kills is the winner.
The event is survival.
Last man standing means last man standing.
If he was smart and fast enough to evade everyone till the end... well thats VERY skillful of him...

He wasn't smart and fast, he just had high perception and high sneak :) Watch carefully what he's been doing through the entire battle... Standing near the eastern wall. Very skillful.
