SoT LMS event " Mean Guns "

We announce an event " Mean Guns " , that will be organized and uphold by soldiers of thunderstorm.

The concept behind it is quite simple , definitely entertaining , fun and based on a movie called " Mean Guns " http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0119642/ , credit for the idea goes to Skycast also he was the one who moved our lazy asses to organize something at all , don't get me wrong he " motivated " us too :)

So now i will stop yapping and tell you as much as i can about what you can expect from this event and how it is going to look like. Well of course don't expect unicorns and rainbows , it will be a last man standing event in a controlled environment held in our recently constructed base specially for the most ultimate display of violence and destruction , hell if anyone is interested it's only an outpost.

Participants will fight to earn a prize , when there will be only one man standing he will receive 50 k in raw cash and the sole survivor will keep anything he has found during the skirmish. Generally any person can participate and all builds will be supported , HH unarmed builds and melee lovers , throwers , you name it. There is a twist to all this , weapons and ammunition are scattered so randomly , some even hidden , ammunition for some weapon type's will be very scarce , you might just have to rely on what you can find at all. Drugs , healing supplies , there will be everything , but i suggest you come already drugged up or your putting yourself at a disadvantage.

We will not rely on GM's , of course we will gladly accept any help but we don't count on it.

The gathering will be simple , you will just have to be in NCR respawn at a given time , tag one of our members and then go to world map , you will enter and stay put on a certain area easy to notice and on command the fight will start.


Today March 03, 2012 , 19:00 server time (GMT + 1) , be on bottom NCR respawn , where the base is located. Even if like only few players show up , the fight will still go on and the prize will be distributed. Teaming up is kinda not allowed so , if we see to many guys from one gang , we'll keep an eye out.

pvp event. t-geyty but will you give us armors and weapons or we have to take our stuff?

Weaponry , armor and everything else is randomly placed all over the base , you will be naked at first then search and pick up equipment from containers , ground to fight and survive , the gathering is at lower ncr respawn( inside it ) so obviously when you will be transported there you'll be naked. Oh yeah , come drugged , there will be drugs on ground and everywhere but , better come drugged already. This happens approximately after 2 hours and 58 minutes.

If you die fighting your already out of the event , there will be only one player that will claim the prize. So i'm guessing this event will not be long.

If you would like some extra sceneries (some barrels, car wrecks etc) in the base for the event
or some other help of that kind, just let me know on IRC. I'll probably observe it too.
