Outdoorsman camp

Quick question, if I build a normal camp first and then get 100 outdoorsman and ranger perk will my camp be automatically upgraded or do I have to build another camp/build a camp when I get 100 outdoorsman & ranger perk?

you need to build another one but remember the first camp will disappear
