Max lockpick skill and luck.

Hello fallout fans. Got some interesting question. Does depend on your lockpick if your skill 300%. I read that some lockers unlockable, don't depend what skill you have. So does it depend of luck or not. Thank you.

Some lockers need more then 325% of skill I guess (maximum skill + lockpicks in your hand). I think that some of lockers may be open only if you have more then 325% of skill, so you need advanced lockpick set, which is currently unavailable.
Luck can only affect on loot which you find in the locker, again, I guess.

i have the real explanation: trollockers really exist:



This kind of locker was locked with a ACME(tm) lock and cant be unlocked

Some of the footlockers can't be lockpicked. Most of the footlockers have 1 cap. Anyway I think luck has nothing to do with lockpicking. Had last season lockpicker with 10 luck and now I have one with 1 luck.

the 1 cap thing happens only with the treasure hunter perk, without it you can fin up to 200 caps. Its really bugged :S

I purposely didn't get Treasure Hunter and I get lockers with one cap in them.
