i kinda find it funny how crap gets done on fo 2238...
they send in a guy with nothing on him to steal from you
but since he has low pickpocketing he fails, you shoot him for stealing since you dont have time to check inventory. Even if he dies they loose nothing but since you shot someone the NPC guards will kill you making you loose everything you had..... and then they just walz in and take your crap
end of story
(P.S the guards wont consider a failed theft to be a theft)
