Make bank transfers possible

Im pretty sure no one would complain cause of some "lore" or "realism" factor if the accounts would be linked in some magical way that doesnt need explaining in the first place.

So make the transfers like they were in the wild west, through caravans. They already have a trade network set up, you think they wouldn't know how to set up a crude banking system?
