Special encounters [Spoiler]

I think it helps you to find it faster. Anyway I know that some guys found it with characters without explorer perk and even 1 luck.

I don;t know much about special encounters but I think it has to do with LUCK and outdoorsman. Last wipe I was leveling my sniper near Theme Park(obviously) and bam Hidden Bunker encounter then 2 days later another one.

Two times with same char?

I'd like to ask about the same - is it possible to find it multiple times with one char?

There are no requirements or anything that increases the chance to find those encounters otherwise players would make special characters to find them quickly so that's exploitable , abusable bla bla bla and i think developers have thought about that.
So i'm quite sure everyone has the same chance to find that bunker. If someone thinks pumping some special stats to 10 helps , tagging skills , choosing the right traits or whatever nonsense players can think of is just " in your head "
Personally found one bunker this wipe with a character who had 5 mercenaries in party , it really doesn't make any difference , just think straight.
