Is this that hard to find? I mean I have perk explorer on one of my char and I searched whole world and in previous session I never found special encounter. Anyone who found this I would like you to help me find it Please post some tips and hints

or is it a green dot that shows up on WM ?  if that is the case i think i have found some, but did not enter them lol

And to the author of this thread, of course it's quite hard to find them, you can find them two of the bests gunz in this game.

it is very unexpectable. Once i found it after few minutes of my presence in that location, then i tried to search another and after 8 hours i did not have luck..

I know that Special encounters are on special squares, that need some requierments, (luck or perception maybe dunno),
ask friends from gangs which farm them ;-).

Can't be luck.  I've found 2 special encounters this era.  1 luck character, but I have 176 OD and all the associated support perks.
