How the "aiming to eyes" system works?

It is said you could only aim to eyes in the front side, is it ture?

If I aim to eyes in the back, then what will happen, is ite works? and how the critical hit chance will calc?

Is there any thread that explains this ?

If the enemy is facing away, you instead hit them in the head.

The critical chance is lower for head then eyes, yes.  What that chance is depends on your build.
