Looks fine, though I would personally not have taken bruiser and tagged doctor instead. And in the end I don't really like HH so I would have gone crit anyway.

Nevertheless it's a good build and i'm sure you will turn out just fine with it.

My thinking based on the same build is that if I want melee instead then I could swap heavy handed for fast motabalism and unarmed for melee and still keep everything else the same.
