Bring back the second level of Bonus move and Strong back

For as long as fallout existed there were possibility of having 4 bonus movement APs
I don't see the reason why to cut it in half now

As for carry weight - you can now have less max cw than before wipe what is the reason for this? Ape's wont take it and crafters need it

So i'd like both perks to have additional level or have their effects doubled

I'm missing that second bonus move too it was quite usefull for my tb mellee char.

Better boost that one what is already ingame

Pre-wipe there was possibility to get two strong backs?

For now it's Strong back + pack rat + 10str = max. 196kg of capacity I don't think it's low.
