Pretty simple.  You devs want us to trade with each other, but every time we do it we're at risk of getting screwed.  So how about a board or a thread where people can say who they've successfully or unsuccessfully traded with.

Could you post some ideas how would it look like?

The mere idea is cool then again too vague to imagine how it'd work
(for example i wouldn't like to pass thru umpteen pages to see if that fella isn't blacklisted)

It'd be good if it were constructed in some way that even [search] button wouldn't be only option

It won't work.

Gang friends will give their gangmembers high ratings and lower ratings from people they don't like. In the end you wouldn't reach anything.

But in so doing gang members with high position would get their rep sullied

...in theory at least
