7 key on #pad doesn't work on radio

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but when entering a radio channel the 7 key on the number pad doesn't work.  It works fine any other time, and every other key works fine in radio, it's just the 7 on the number pad and only for the radio.

I was meaning to report this since middle of last year. Shons, you might need to move this to BUGS.

How would I do that?
