Forcing players to have a Master Account for all their Fallout game playing, would stop dynamic IP abuse, and alot of other problems.
I am suggesting that you should have to register a real email account and all you characters to be registered to you email account and master login account. that way it would clear up any problems easier for GM's and Devs. have what I said been clear enough?

It sounds like a good idea in theory - but if you bear in mind that people who wish to get around this system will find a way to do so, you could easily end up inconveniencing the regular players whilst making no impact at all on those who are causing problems.

luther, of course trouble will always be trouble, this is would be at least a form of security and absolute proof of innocence. people will always break the rules hence why their are rules, but why should they EVER be tolerated? we should never pander to criminals, how ever lowly we think of them or their crimes.

After that feature, catching ONE char on duallog, would end up on ban every char realted to email, so >> none of cheating players, gonna ever register multiple chars on one email. So its useless feature, and as usually, problem for normal players, not for abusers.

its useless if not forced into everyone using it. otherwise, you would not be able to play. easy to define bugs then too. anyway here is a good example of trouble this causes. "[22:02:28] <Elvis> elvis with an i, not an L. learn to use english properely or not at all.

Who cares dude just play a game. I was in mariposa with my friend and we killed 5 players with CAs and then all of them went offline and after 3-10 secs 3-5 more players appeared (not sure but saw 3 players maybe more) and we died , but anyways I was laughing at least it will be fun for the kids

I notice no one cares that it this feature would help the game and the devs and GM's not so much the cheating player base, and who is to say they have not already created such an "in house" function.

More emails and master accounts , this won't work and if your thinking like one master account per IP then forget it.
