Master Account and Log In for character creation and log in.

Forcing players to have a Master Account for all their Fallout game playing, would stop dynamic IP abuse, and alot of other problems.
I am suggesting that you should have to register a real email account and all you characters to be registered to you email account and master login account. that way it would clear up any problems easier for GM's and Devs. have what I said been clear enough?

It sounds like a good idea in theory - but if you bear in mind that people who wish to get around this system will find a way to do so, you could easily end up inconveniencing the regular players whilst making no impact at all on those who are causing problems.

luther, of course trouble will always be trouble, this is would be at least a form of security and absolute proof of innocence. people will always break the rules hence why their are rules, but why should they EVER be tolerated? we should never pander to criminals, how ever lowly we think of them or their crimes.
