Help... 10LK + ???

Hello everyone and thank you for coming to and from my help message ... :-\
I want to make a sniper, but first wanted to know the difference in me a sniper with 10LK, or one with 10LK + Finesse ...
I would appreciate someone who knew me answer  ;D ;D

Finesse adds extra chance to do a critical hit, but reduces the damage that you do. Finesse is used for crippler sniper builds that for example, want to blind/knockdown enemies. They do less damage on the damage roll, though. So a 150 Damage regular critical, could be a 100 damage knockdown/blinding shot for a finesse sniper.
