I notice on planner that 150 throwing is not listed with sharpshooter anymore. Before the fix the only reason I bumped throwing to 150 was to get sharpshooter. This may be related to the bug I just posted where sharpshooter is not working, maybe requirements changed?

How was sharpshooter broken before? What exactly did the fix do? Is sharpshooter no longer available with 150 throwing?

Probably time to ~deleteself again.

Nothing should have changed with the requirements for it (ie this is a new bug if this is the case), the only change was fixing a bug where it was not allowing you to see past 50 hexes, even when you should have been able to.

I just leveled up another alt with 150 throwing and sharpshooter is available. Maybe its a 10 PE bug.
