Yeah moderators (well surf anyways, in my experience as shown here) tend to do that.
It's wierd, really, how some are allowed to speak as they want but others are censored for similar actions.
But meh, grab another ip, go back on. Big deal. The bans on IRC are pointless really.
p.s. surf has a thing about 'mother' related comments.
