one the train ticket should be much more cheaper than 100 caps, like 10 or 30. because is really hard to get the caps and players with low od can travel in a safer way. and in real life trais tickets are really cheap compared to this

Maybe instead of cheaper tickets we will introduce a ticket for life, pay 1000 caps once and travel free forever after without buying tickets.

imho, cheaper tickets would be better than ticket for life.

New player will suffer a lot until he has enough money to buy a life ticket (probable will neber manage to do so).

it will only profit to experienced players or gangs, who are already well enough and don't need any help.

100 caps really isn't that much.  10 cow shits in NCR or the Hub, or 1 box moving quest.  Those are easy, risk free activities that a low level loner can do for the caps, and they only take a few minutes.
