Critical EW build

Hi, I need help on making the perfect cripller build with EW.
I'm currently trying one but I seen better ones that do lots of criples and lots of Critical hits.
Please help me because in fallout  2 , I always used fast shot and LK 1.

I'm not hero at making builds, but 202% sg will be enough for 94% at eyes at 35 hex with a laser pistol I believe. You will be able to use the plasma pistol fine aswell. if you pop a nuka you will be able to pull off allot of shots in a relatively short time.

The build obviously doesn't have much HP. and if you decide to swap a lifegiver for right between the eyes it will have even less but have more firepower.

Nevertheless this build is probally great for arm/leg/eye crippling.
