Help me out here if you can...I have been slowing raising repair but everytime I try to repair using the arrow menu...i get another inventory screen to pop up with no option to repair the actual item. Are repair tool's required now? ie: tool or super toolkit?

For repair one item you need second item same as that you want repair, you must select this second item in this inventory pop-up

I had the exact same problem, do the original repair so the second inventory popup comes (make sure you have another of the same item) then right click once so it's on the pickup hand menu and click.

BTW someone knows the chances of item's max deterio to lower when fixing? (or raise?)

Is Luck in any way involved? Or anything other than repair skill?
