In that case, you shouldn't get blueprints.  It would just be a message saying that you know how the gun operates, blah blah and it appears in your Fixboy.  But still, it's a stretch.  If anything, it should only be for tier 1 guns that can't be crafted.  Mausers come to mind.

It can be done in many ways and lets suppose that your wastelander can write, so he can create (write) a blueprint with that, what he has learned during the dismantling.

Just to let you know. I have found BP with my char with 4 luck and 28% lockpick skill (+lockpicks) today. And I wasnt even going for BPs, just training my dog.
