Looking for a faction

Hello, wastelanders)
I have come back to FO 2238 after a long break, but before i stoped playing last time i already got some experience in this game. Now i have a lvl 7 repair character ( armorer) and  now i am trying to make some wealth and lvl up fast. I am looking for a newbie-friendly faction that will help me im my current objectives and i will contribute as much as i can into faction's success.
I am an active player and will stay active for a long period.
