We Need More Factions

The Lost Children:
The big factions areall here and well known, but what about the few smaller groups of friends who have banded together and crated a faction of their own? Wh havent we heard your stories? Why havent we heard your names.

Use this time to tell the wasteland about your trials and tribulations starting your faction. And for those of you who are too discouraged by bigger factions to start your own, please speak up and let the Lost Children help you.

What kind of factions? I bet there are bunch of small factions out there but the limit to actually go places and do stuff is high. People also hide behind alts and don't reveal their faction in their names.

Hey TLC! GN13 is alive and kickin' this new season as you know.

Our story is still short: founded last year with a "white knight" approach to help players play better, to assist newbs to get a foothold and thus not quit, to fight against tyranny, to play the whole game including TC, and to call out to PKs to play more honorably.

We met TLC late last season and are glad you guys are here. Keep doing what you do!

I suppose here's a good place as any to get started.

Myself, IcyMew/IcyJes, Meithedius, and BlackJack have founded a small faction of our own. It is quite unofficial and small, but we've managed to etch out our own existence for a time.

We are known as the Syndicate. Our goal? We have many. Suffice it to say that we enjoy hunting the wastes. I am the Quartermaster of the group, and as such I focus on crafting. If you see me somewhere it's a good bet that I'm either scouting out a location or I'm gathering.

One thing to note about us: We don't subscribe the the PK / APK cliche. I personally follow strict honorable code. I will never attack another player unprovoked. More than likely if I am attacked I will merely flee, as I have little to gain and have little interest in combat with other players. My associates, BlackJack and Meithedius however, I guarantee will fight back if attacked, and if they are attacked in my presence, we will support each other.

Our tribulation to become what we are has been quite short but dramatic. I met the two of them through some wasteland association. We just stumbled upon each other and happened to agree on the most basic principles that make a group. We joke around and yell at each other a lot, it's all in a day's game for us.

In any case, we are happy to help out anyone who needs it. We're also willing to accept help from others. I am dedicated to supplying a small group of people out in the wasteland with whatever they need. That does not mean I give away freely necessarily nor does it mean I recruit people quickly.

Since we're all relatively new and starting out, we are trusting but only to an extent. :) After all, the wasteland is harsh.

I will not reveal the location of where we base out of for safety reasons, but those close enough to us are aware. We communicate via IRC and Radio mostly. We have our own channel that we only give to friends or Faction Mates. Our channel, however, is public to anyone who wishes to be there, so long as you're respectful, obviously.

"The wasteland degenerates " is my small gang of scumbags, holed up in a cave close to junktown we pray on travelers and hunters and cook human flesh in our party tent outside the cave.


there is only two rules : Shoot first, never ask any questions.
                                     : Keep your hands of my drugs.

we mostly just roam unguarded towns and hot hunting spots looking for trouble, but with only 1-5 players online im not seeing any TC happen. we try to show up when we see someone take a town and mess with them,. mostly just ending in us getting slaughterd.

i am not 100% cold hearted even tho i try to make it look like it ( for RP reasons if you will ) i spare low-lvls and sometimes give stuff back to players after i kill them, but i try to follow my rule of shooting first if i encounter someone armed, i was fooled to many times in the past by false promise of peace.
