Question about Luck and Critical hit roll/effect

Hello, i want to ask if Luck increases the roll of critical hit effects OR ONLY affects the chances of make a critical hit ?

Well it affect only your chance to make a crit, not the effect of the crit you make. But it also effect a bit the effect of the crits you are receiving (for example there is a roll against your luck when bypasses or blind to determine whether it happen or not).
