Yes, write in FOConfigurate your resolution.

Doesn´t work. When i launch Fonline, game is in the middle and around is black place  :-\

I dont have fonline 2238 client now but i can use on my sdk any resolution. But there might be one problem, if map is small your screen can broke because map is not enough "big" for property works in higher resolutions.

Also your interface would need to be compatible with the resolution, or it'd look weird.
