Does the sharpshooter perk increase your vision range to that of your PE +2, or simply increase your to-hit% by that amount inside your current vision range?

Crazy:
It give equivalent of +2PE for FOV, and +1PE for ToHit

gordulan:
sweet, then i shall steal this perk to maximize my efficiency in killing you people  ;)
