Bonus move RT

Hi guys. I was wondering why bonus move would not work in real time?
I mean I do know it doesn't do so now but why not make it work?

My suggestion on bonus move is to give like 5% of replenishing APs while running.
That would make the char move more and save some APs but still not spoil the game.

What do you think?
