No vendors will let me buy/sell

I have 5 base charisma and my karma is fine everywhere but none of the vendors will let me access the trading menu. I have no clue whats wrong. The only thing I can think of is I forgot to put my weapon away in front of darkwater one time and the guards killed me. It wont work at NCR either. I don't know what to do.

Boon Lived:
Close the client, and log back in. Its a known bug that can happen if you ran out of time, or it was interrupted (such as being pushed out of range).

Nice thanks, I logged out all night thinking it would fix it but I forgot to actually close the game. C: Little obssessed with it ahaha
