SG skill needed to hit all bullets of burst

Perhaps this has been answered elsewhere, but I haven't found it.  I want to know how high small guns % needs to be to hit all 10 bullets in a burst from a 10mm smg at max range and 15 bullets in a burst from a grease gun at max range.  Thank you.

you cant hit all bullets on target besides at 1 hex. even at 2 hex only only 75-50 percent are hitting.

As soon you're not point blank, only 1/3 of bullets (rounded up) can hit the main target.
On the question itself: depends of your PE, enemy AC, perks, ammo. So... Go use FCP calc.
