Use on shortcut

Crazy:
So, now we can have a shortcut to use stimpacks on ourselves, and that's great! However, it would be cool to also be able to configure a shortcut to make appear the "use on" reticle for stims, and heal our friends.

Is there somewhere were we can read what the shortcuts are or how to setup some?
