18, you're going to have to wait a few weeks for your character to age.

wasteland is harsh but you still need ID apparently.

Maybe a restriction for SF tatooist but not at New Reno one would make more sense?

If that's true, I have to say I find it absolutely hilarious :D

However, whilst we're on the subject of in-game age, I did notice a very severe bug. Characters aged a mere 30 years are referred to as "You see a middle-aged man", whereas it should obviously say "You see a young man". As I'm sure most people are aware, "Middle age" starts at 10 years older than however old I am at any given time.
