Simple answer.  If you don't want to spend the time getting your nuka colas, don't make a druggie build.  Make that AG an even number and you can throw away every nuka cola you find.  You sound like you're not in a big gang since you want to make all these nukas yourself, so what do you need a druggie build for anyway?  When are you doing this hardcore pvp?

  Why does that even matter?
  It does not matter if he is in a big gang or not why must be limited to non-drug build just depending on whether or not he is?
 It's not your business anyways what he does with the nuka cola.  Fact is making nuka cola is a complete bitch and so is beer btw.  :P
